The Mad Greek food truck started as a dream, literally. Owner and founder, Nick Karettis, was adopted from Greece as an infant by a Greek couple. Almost 55 years later Nick discovered his biological family in Chios, Greece. Shortly after meeting his mother, Nick officially opened up his first Mad Greek truck in 2017. A dream turned to reality and 4 food trucks later you can find The Mad Greeks strolling all throughout Georgia.
