The Fry Factory is the newest addition to the Mad Greek, their sister food truck.

The menu consists of loaded fries topped with a unique variety of homemade sauces as well as brats topped with our salivating sauces.

The Fry Factory was born with the idea that "everyone loves fries, especially loaded fries". Our goal is to provide a fun, finger licking, fry dipping, experience that all of our senses deserve. The unique variety of flavors we've curated will leave your tastebuds craving more.
